Here is our policy on returns:

Can I exchange an item for another item, size, or color?

No. You cannot exchange for another item.

Yes! You can exchange ONCE if you need a different size or color. ALSO DEPENDS ON STOCK & IF COLORS ARE AVAILABLE.

Can you Return an item for a Refund?
Yes! You have 7 days from the day your order was delivered to email us that you want to return an item. After 7 day window we will no longer be able to offer a refund, but can give a discount on the next order.
Yes! You can return an item as long as the clothing/accessory item is NOT WORN, WASHED, STAINED, DAMAGED, TAGS ARE STILL IN TACT, NOT RIPPED, ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
Yes! You can receive STORE CREDIT for the clothing/ accessory item as long as it is not in the state described above and not in the non-return item list below. (NOT WORN, WASHED, STAINED, DAMAGED, TAGS ARE STILL IN TACT, RIPPED, ALTERED IN ANY WAY.)
 
What cannot be returned for refund?
NON-RETURN ITEM/ FINAL SALE ITEM:

  • ANY PINK ITEM
  • Jewelry
  • Bras/Sports bras, bralettes
  • Leggings
  • Leotards/one piece
  • JUMPSUITS
  • DRESSES
  • Clearance items
  • On sale items
Who do you CONTACT to Submit Return Request?
Please email us at epiphanibeauty@gmail.com to submit an email requesting to return an item. Please include the following in your email:
  • Your name 
  • Date of when you placed order
  • Date of when you received your order
  • Attach image of the item you want to return
  • Explain what you would like to do: STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE 
How do you RETURN the item for REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Once we receive your return we will inspect for damages described above. You will receive an email from us within 24hrs to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval your STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE.
  • Give us 24hrs to issue you your store credit for approved return item.
  • Store credit is given based on the price of each item purchased. Does not include shipping or taxes.
