*If you see that your order has taken longer to arrive please check the tracking number through the mail carrier.
*If you looked up the tracking and notice that it has not been updated, then please email us with your name and tracking number. We will call the mail carrier and check the physical status of your package and ensure that your package is still in route to destination.
*If you have not received a confirmation number of your placed order or tracking number please feel free to email us so we can correct it. We will confirm and resend the confirmation email to the correct email address.
* During holidays there can and will be delays for your package to arrive. Once the package is dropped off to the mail carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) , we have no control on how fast they can get you package delivered to its destination.
*If you received you order and your purchased item has damages please send image of the damaged item the same day please. Please do not wait 1+ days to notify us!
*If you received wrong order that does not match on the original order receipt, please don't hesitate to message us we will rectify it as quickly as possible.
